<p>The Indiana House has approved <a href="https://iga.in.gov/legislative/2025/bills/house/1119/details">House Bill 1119</a>, which would allow certain saliva tests to be used as evidence in court to detect <a href="https://indianacannabis.org/thc">THC</a> and other drugs in drivers. This move aims to make prosecuting impaired driving cases more efficient and reduce laboratory backlogs. The bill now heads to the Senate for further consideration.</p>
